What is Math Race
A free cartoon game where your runner is powered by arithmetic. Every gate is a problem with three lanes of answers. The right lane gives you a boost; the wrong one sends your runner face-first into the sand — and the game shows the correct answer straight away.
Addition, subtraction, multiplication and division — from “up to 10” to the 12 times table. The Daily Challenge is one track for the whole world, and with a link you can challenge a friend: they race the very same problems against your ghost. Play in the browser on any device or install the game like an app.
Our goal
Basic facts — 7 + 8, 6 × 7, 63 ÷ 9 — are the foundation of all school maths. When they come to mind instantly, your head is free for fractions, equations and multi-step problems. When they don’t, every problem trips over the arithmetic.
Practising them is usually dull: flashcards, worksheets, “one more row”. We want practice you come back to on your own — because it’s a race, a friend’s ghost is breathing down your neck and the ostrich falls over in a very silly way.
The goal is simple: a minute of arithmetic a day as a habit, not a chore. For a first-grader learning the times tables, and for a grown-up who wants to warm up their brain and beat their friends.
What we stand for

No sign-up
No email, no password. Open it and you’re already running.

Nothing for money
Nothing in the game is sold for money. New runners are unlocked with πes you earn by racing.

Ads stay out of the way
Only between races, never in the middle of one. Bonus ads play only when you tap for them.

Minimal data
Your records live on your device. Statistics are anonymous, and in the EU we collect them only with your consent.

Safe for kids
No chat and no private messages. Rude nicknames are filtered out, and offensive ones can be reported.

Music made of code
The tunes are synthesised right in the game, note by note. No composers were harmed.
Who makes it
Math Race is an independent project: no investors, no big studio. It’s made by Oleksandr Dordiuk, a developer based in Poland.
So every email is read by the person who writes the code — and the best ideas from players end up in the game.
Math Race (mathrace.app) is run by Oleksandr Dordiuk, a sole trader registered in Poland.
